Meet Nate

Nate has always been guided by curiosity, creativity, and a deep connection to both the body and the natural world. From an early age, he found joy in movement and making things with his hands. Hiking through rugged trails, training in the gym, restoring old furniture, and remodeling his home—these experiences shaped not only his skills but also his philosophy: that health, craftsmanship, and creativity are all interconnected.

His passion for living a healthy lifestyle eventually led him down a path of holistic exploration. Nate became a Certified Personal Trainer, combining his love of fitness with a deep desire to help others unlock their own strength, confidence, and resilience. He believes training goes far beyond appearance—it’s about building a foundation of health that supports the mind, body, and spirit.

As a trainer, Nate focuses on functional movement, body awareness, and individualized guidance. His approach is both challenging and supportive, meeting clients where they are and helping them discover what their bodies are truly capable of. Whether it’s increasing strength, improving mobility, or developing sustainable fitness habits, Nate empowers people to push past limitations and celebrate progress at every step.

Because of his background in energy healing, Nate also brings a unique perspective to fitness. He understands that physical health and inner balance go hand-in-hand, and his sessions often reflect a holistic awareness—supporting not just the body, but also the energy and mindset behind it. Many clients are drawn to his ability to create a training experience that feels grounded, motivating, and restorative all at once.

Alongside personal training, Nate earned certifications as a Holy Fire Reiki Practitioner and Sound Healer. Through these practices, he offers others tools for balance, energy alignment, and deeper self-discovery.

His lifelong fascination with swords and knives also drew him to the art of bladesmithing, where he studied under a Master Bladesmith and discovered a natural gift for forging. Today, Nate crafts one-of-a-kind blades, jewelry, and art pieces, often integrating copper, silver, and crystals he collects during his rockhounding adventures. Each creation carries not only craftsmanship, but also intention—a reflection of his belief that tools and art can hold energy, story, and purpose.

Over time, she has cultivated this natural ability into a guiding light for others—helping them navigate healing, transformation, and self-discovery.

Her love for nature flows into her daily life and work. She mindfully harvests herbs and transforms them into medicinal and metaphysical creations, honoring the earth while weaving ancient wisdom into modern practice. This deep respect for the natural world serves as a foundation for much of her healing work.
